This is one of the many emails which he have send to my sources, saying that there is an intention to invest. And since Electronic communication privacy act of 1986 doesn’t apply here. We are more than glad that the world at large is able to view this.

To all parties concerned,
We are completing our review of your documentation sent on the 16th and 17th of this current month. So far based on what we can see the actual Project will require considerable financial backing. Hence it is our intent to participate in three phases:
1. Financial and Development Assessment
2. Additional Financial Procurement with Strategic Alliance participation
3. Future Development, Marketing and Sales – strategies on potential recreational, commercial and high end residential construction projects within the Asian regional market.
Each phase shall be agreed upon by all pertinent parties involved. The initial site inspection shall be defined by both parties so as to be able to conclude business in a prompt and detailed manner.
We will issue a Letter of Intent with full corporate liability and then once accepted we will issue our Issue our intent to commit subject to the results of the project inspection.
The board will continue to revise the project during the course of this week. We are also in contact with the U.S. State department and the local Embassy in Singapore as well as the Chilean Consul.
Our Gant will reflect the third where we are with our pension fund manager looking into the long term relationship with your entity. With regards to the proposal we are defining options 2 & 3 as the best alternatives for the current project on hand. XXXX seems to be the stronger arm of the investment posture. We would like more information on XXXX. Still waiting on the legal information requested or web links as promised.
So far all is positive, we are going to try and issue this LOI prior to the week’s end. Should there be any additional information which you consider pertinent to our decision making process please feel free to forward it to our attention.
I trust all will work well, by God’s grace, we look forward to this venture as a future potential for Aleph Trading Group and your entity.
