Let’s take a look at one of his earlier emails send to my sources on the 8th of October 2014. Asking for payment. So if there is an ICCA document and he does have a license then why is there no funds. Possible, that even his license is a fake then. Since he is just purchasing SBLCs off the market.
Since he mention to my source that he have got no money for reimbursement then it is also quite clear that the USD5M from JPM is indeed a fake.
Let’s just say that he is all talk and no action resulting in the creation of his own blog.

As per our phone conversation we have prepared and issued our Corporate Letter of Intent along with our Consultant Agreement.
The first agreement expresses the general nature of our involvement and the forthcoming agreements that need to be prepared during our visit. Share Purchase Agreement and the Strategic Alliance Agreement. The points of interest and details or course of conduct will be identified in our discussions. As for the ICCA document it is to justify before the authorities between Singapore and Chile the movement of funds and our license will be registered in Singapore in order to document our relationship. The $8500 USD is the payment rendered in this agreement. We will provide receipts and documentation as to the procedure process towards the closing.

This document is considered confidential and thus delivered only to you three directors for whom we recognize and have had contact with. You may forward the documentation to others as indicated in the LOI.
